DYNAJET
500th HELI Blue Performance
The DYNAJET 500th HELI Blue Performance is a trailer-mounted hot- and cold-water high-pressure water jetting system with up to 500 bar. Featuring an integrated 1,000-litre water tank, a Stage V diesel engine and DYNAJET's proven HELI technology, it delivers the performance, operational flexibility and reliability required for demanding professional applications.
Working pressure should match the task. Surface preparation and general maintenance typically use 150 to 500 bar, while industrial coating removal and concrete work require higher pressure. Contact your nearest distribution partner for guidance on the right pressure and flow rate for your specific job.
DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners are built in Tjæreborg, Denmark, for daily professional use. Spare parts and service are available through our distribution partners. For warranty terms specific to your unit, contact your local distribution partner.

High-performance trailer cleaning with HELI technology
The DYNAJET 500th HELI Blue Performance is designed for professional users who need a powerful trailer-mounted high-pressure water jetting system for demanding industrial applications. With hot- and cold-water operation up to 500 bar and a maximum flow rate of 30 l/min, it is well suited to tasks such as surface preparation, paint and rust removal, concrete renovation and maritime maintenance.
Its robust trailer construction is built for demanding day-to-day operation and transport between job sites. The single-axle design supports easy manoeuvrability, while the integrated single-point lifting eye enables efficient lifting and positioning where crane handling is required. The Targa design separates the engine, pump and burner compartment from the operator area, supporting safe and ergonomic operation while helping to reduce noise exposure at the operating position.
The colour display provides a clear overview of pressure, temperature and system status and supports intuitive operation in changing outdoor environments.
DYNAJET's HELI valve technology improves operator comfort and safety by reducing hose pressure when the trigger is released and providing smooth pressure build-up when operation resumes. This supports efficient water jetting even when working above machine level and helps reduce strain on both equipment and operators.
The hot-water system operates without solenoid valves and delivers precise temperature control with immediate burner shut-off when water flow stops. Pre-heating of water via engine cooling further improves energy efficiency. The Stage V diesel engine is approved for HVO100 and includes a diesel particulate filter.
The integrated 1,000-litre water tank and 25-metre supply hose on a permanent drum support operation where external water supply is limited. The 50-metre high-pressure hose on a second permanent drum reduces set-up time on site. Stepless pressure adjustment and an automatic hose depressurisation system further support safe and efficient operation across a wide range of water jetting applications.
HELI HEATING TECHNOLOGY
The HELI heating system optimizes heat transfer to deliver high hot‑water output at 500 bar. This supports effective cleaning with improved thermal efficiency for demanding professional applications.

BLUE PERFORMANCE CONTROL
The Blue Performance operating concept with a large 5" colour display enables intuitive control of pressure, temperature and operating modes. This supports efficient workflows, lower fuel consumption and reliable day‑to‑day operation.

Crane-Ready: Built for Optimum Mobility
