The DYNAJET 500sh HELI Blue Performance is a stationary hot- and cold-water high-pressure water jetting system with up to 500 bar. Featuring an integrated 1,000-litre water tank, a Stage V diesel engine and DYNAJET's proven HELI technology, it delivers the performance, reliability and operational flexibility required for demanding industrial applications.
Working pressure should match the task. Surface preparation and general maintenance typically use 150 to 500 bar, while industrial coating removal and concrete work require higher pressure. Compact stationary cleaning power for demanding work
The DYNAJET 500sh HELI Blue Performance is designed for professional users who need powerful hot- and cold-water water jetting performance in a compact stationary system. With up to 500 bar and a maximum flow rate of 30 l/min, it is well suited to demanding applications such as industrial maintenance, surface preparation, paint and rust removal, concrete renovation and maritime maintenance.
Built on a robust self-supporting skid frame, the machine is easy to position, install and integrate into fixed working environments, container solutions and other industrial installations. Integrated forklift slots and lifting capability support efficient handling and relocation when required. The Targa design separates the engine, pump and burner compartment from the operator area, supporting safe and ergonomic operation while helping to reduce noise exposure at the operating position.
The colour display provides a clear overview of pressure, temperature and system status and supports intuitive operation in changing working environments.
DYNAJET's HELI valve technology improves operator comfort and safety by reducing hose pressure when the trigger is released and providing smooth pressure build-up when operation resumes. This supports efficient water jetting even when working above machine level and helps reduce strain on both equipment and operators.
The hot-water system operates without solenoid valves and delivers precise temperature control with immediate burner shut-off when water flow stops. Pre-heating of water via engine cooling further improves energy efficiency. The Stage V diesel engine is approved for HVO100 and includes a diesel particulate filter.
The integrated 1,000-litre water tank supports operation where external water supplies are limited or unavailable. Permanent hose reels for both supply and high-pressure hoses help minimise set-up time, while stepless pressure adjustment and a hose-pressure drop-down system support safe and efficient day-to-day operation across a wide range of water jetting applications.
TARGA DESIGN FOR SAFE OPERATION
The HELI Targa layout separates the drive, pump and burner from the operating side. This improves ergonomics, enhances safety and helps reduce noise during stationary professional cleaning work.
BLUE PERFORMANCE CONTROL
The integrated Blue Performance system with a large 5" colour display enables intuitive control of pressure, temperature and operating modes. This supports efficient workflows, clear system overview and safe handling in daily use.
