Compact electric high-pressure cleaner for stationary installations
The DYNAJET 500 SE HELI 400V/50Hz is a stationary electric high-pressure cleaner delivering up to 500 bar. It provides dependable high-pressure water jetting performance for demanding industrial and maritime maintenance applications.
The unit is particularly well suited to fixed installations in workshops, production facilities, shipyards and onboard vessels. Electric operation eliminates local engine exhaust and fuel handling, and the 400V/50Hz configuration matches the industrial power supply in 50 Hz markets.
For applications requiring hot water, the DYNAJET 500 SE HELI can be combined with the DYNABOX 500 – 230V/50Hz. The DYNABOX uses a diesel-fired burner to heat the water, providing a flexible hot-water solution for the electric cold-water high-pressure cleaner.
The galvanized steel frame provides a robust foundation for fixed mounting and integration into industrial installations. Its compact, stackable design saves space in both installation and storage, making the 500 SE HELI a practical choice where several units or backup capacity need to fit within a limited area.
A 15 kW industrial electric motor drives the ceramic triplex plunger pump directly through a flexible coupling. Integrated monitoring and protection systems safeguard the pump against insufficient water supply, dry running, excessive temperature and pressure peaks, supporting reliable day-to-day operation.
Also available in a 440V/60Hz configuration as the DYNAJET 500 SE HELI 440V/60Hz.
