The DYNAJET Hot Water Principle: Faster Results, Less Chemical Use
Discover the DYNAJET hot-water principle and why hot-water high-pressure cleaning can remove stubborn contamination faster, with less chemical use and lower pressure. Learn how the system supports efficient, professional cleaning in demanding applications.

DYNAJET hot-water principle for faster high-pressure cleaning
The DYNAJET hot-water principle is designed for professional users who need efficient cleaning in demanding conditions. By combining high pressure with water temperatures up to 95°C, it can remove grease, oil, tar, moss, lichen, chewing gum, stickers and other stubborn deposits more effectively than cold water alone. In many applications, that means faster results and a cleaner surface with less effort.
Hot-water cleaning is especially valuable where dirt is bonded, greasy or difficult to loosen. Because heat supports the cleaning process, the required pressure can often be reduced, which helps protect the substrate and expands the range of surfaces and techniques that can be used. For operators in industry, municipal cleaning, construction or maintenance, that can make day-to-day work more controlled and more versatile.
DYNAJET’s system uses two powerful oil burners to generate the required heat. Surplus engine heat is used to reduce oil consumption, while quick-reacting water temperature sensors help maintain a very even temperature profile. The result is a practical and durable solution for high-pressure cleaning tasks where consistent performance matters. Maintenance-friendly electrodes and attachments also support reliable operation over time.
If you already work with a DYNAJET cold water high-pressure cleaner, the DYNABOX offers an easy way to add hot-water capability. Available in 350 bar and 500 bar versions, and with either 230 V connection or a 12 V version for mobile working, it extends your cleaning options without changing your core setup.
When hot water helps you clean more efficiently
Hot water is a strong advantage on grease, oil, tar and sticky residues. It also helps reduce chemical use and can lower the pressure needed on sensitive substrates.

Adding hot-water capability to an existing DYNAJET system
The DYNABOX hot-water attachment lets users upgrade a DYNAJET cold water cleaner for mobile or stationary work, with 350 bar and 500 bar options.
