The DYNAJET HELI Valve: Safer High-Pressure Work at Height
The DYNAJET HELI valve is designed for safer, more ergonomic high-pressure work at height or on the ground. Learn how it reduces residual pressure, protects hose and gun, and supports efficient operation up to 40 metres above the machine.

DYNAJET HELI valve for safe work with high pressure
The DYNAJET HELI valve is a practical unloader valve with depressurising switch for professional high-pressure cleaning. It is designed to improve control, comfort and safety when operating a high-pressure cleaner at ground level or at working heights of up to 40 metres above the machine.
A key advantage is the smooth pressure build-up when the gun is activated. Recoil forces increase gradually instead of abruptly, which helps the operator maintain a stable working position and reduces strain during longer tasks. For teams working in demanding environments, this creates a more ergonomic setup and supports safer handling of the spray gun and hose.
When the trigger is released, pressure is almost completely relieved through the bypass line. This protects the hose, removes residual pressure from the system and means the gun does not need to be used to relieve pressure manually. After the main switch is turned off, hose and gun can be disconnected by hand without waiting for later water spurts, which makes shutdown faster and more predictable.
The HELI valve is fitted as standard on all DYNAJET machines from 500 bar upwards and can also be supplied for other machines with lower working pressures on request. For professional users, this means a simple way to improve daily handling, especially where safe pressure release and reliable operation are essential.
How the HELI valve helps during high-pressure operation
The smooth pressure rise reduces sudden recoil at the gun, helping operators keep better control and work more comfortably during long cleaning jobs.

Residual pressure is reduced for safer hose handling
After releasing the trigger, pressure is almost fully removed via the bypass line, which protects hose and gun and simplifies shutdown.
