The DUV 500 – Chemical-Free Weed Control
The DYNAJET DUV 500 weedkiller offers a practical herbicide-free approach to weed control for public areas and work sites. Discover how hot water, flexible handling and fast setup support efficient seasonal maintenance.

DUV 500 weedkiller for efficient herbicide-free maintenance
Weeds on roads, pavements, gravel beds and around structures are more than a cosmetic issue. Once they spread, they can affect accessibility, appearance and maintenance effort. The DYNAJET DUV 500 weedkiller is designed for professional users who need a safe and reliable way to remove weed growth without using herbicides.
The system works with water heated up to 95°C and is ready for operation straight away when connected to a DYNAJET hot-water trailer. This makes it a practical solution for local authorities, maintenance teams and service providers who need to respond quickly at the start of the season and throughout the year. Because the application is based on hot water rather than chemicals, it supports work in areas where herbicide and pesticide use is restricted.
A key advantage of the DUV 500 is its focus on efficient handling. The detachable and height-adjustable chassis helps operators reach different areas more easily. The wheel width can also be adjusted by hand, allowing operators to choose between increased stability or better manoeuvrability depending on the task and surface conditions.
For larger areas, the 500 mm nozzle bar helps cover ground quickly and consistently. At the same time, the side openings allow targeted treatment in corners and next to buildings, where weed growth is often harder to access.
Flexible chassis design for practical everyday use
The DUV 500 can be adapted to the job with a detachable, height-adjustable chassis. Its width can be changed by hand for better stability or easier manoeuvring.

Wide nozzle bar supports fast treatment of large areas
The 500 mm nozzle bar helps cover larger surfaces efficiently, while side openings make it easier to treat edges, corners and areas along buildings.
