How DYNAJET achieves 1000-bar water jetting without a remote control cable
The DYNAJET 1000me combines 1000-bar performance with a purely hydraulic control concept. No remote control cable needed. Find out how this design improves safety, handling and daily operation.

1000-bar machine without remote control cable: the 1000me concept
The DYNAJET 1000me combines 1000-bar performance with a purely hydraulic switching concept, removing the need for a remote control cable in gun operation. This approach extends proven DYNAJET technology into a higher pressure range while keeping the system straightforward to handle.
For professional operators, handling, safety and water consumption all influence daily work. Earlier 1000-bar solutions were limited to either a dump gun or an electronically controlled valve. The dump gun design could lead to unnecessary fresh water use and more water in the jetting area, while electronic control required an additional cable or radio link between gun and control unit. The 1000me reduces this complexity and keeps operation straightforward.
Like smaller DYNAJET machines in the 350 and 500 bar range, the 1000me uses a hydraulic unloader valve that switches to bypass when the gun is closed. This lowers the pressure in the high-pressure hose and relieves the load on components, which supports operator safety and stable system behaviour. When the gun is opened again, pressure builds up quickly and smoothly. A safety valve adds another layer of protection.
The result is a 1000-bar machine that fits demanding water jetting tasks while staying close to the familiar DYNAJET operating principle. For operators who need high performance with controlled handling and dependable system design, the modular concept draws on tried-and-tested DYNAJET components, supporting serviceability and consistent quality in day-to-day use.
Hydraulic pressure control for safer operation
The hydraulic unloader valve reduces pressure in the hose when the gun closes. That eases component load, improves control and supports safer work.

A modular design based on proven DYNAJET components
Up to 90 % of the machine’s modular elements come from the DYNAJET portfolio. This supports reliability, serviceability and practical delivery times.
