Surface cleaner DFS 500 VAC, 500 bar
The DFS 500 VAC surface cleaner cleans large floors such as industrial halls and parking areas at up to 500 bar with hot water up to 95 °C. Integrated Venturi dirt extraction removes the dirty water in the same pass.
Working pressure should match the task. Surface preparation and general maintenance typically use 150 to 500 bar, while industrial coating removal and concrete work require higher pressure. Efficient surface cleaning with integrated extraction
The DFS 500 VAC combines high-pressure cleaning with integrated dirt-water extraction, so operators clean the surface and remove the dirty water in a single pass. Two Form D high-performance nozzles sit in the nozzle carrier, and the balance between cleaning power and suction power is steplessly adjustable. The system works with hot water up to 95 °C.
Extraction uses the Venturi principle. An additional water jet generates negative pressure that draws the dirty water into the sewage hose. No separate wet vacuum cleaner or extra power supply is needed.
Three steerable wheels keep the unit moving smoothly without jamming, and the folding mechanism makes transport and storage easier. The surface cleaner is built in stainless steel and powder-coated steel with a welded stainless steel nozzle rotor. A splash guard keeps dirt away from the surrounding area.

Required accessories for the DFS 500 VAC
Filter system: Item no. 548990
The filter system removes coarse particles, such as plant residues, from the dirty water and directs the water over the storage box. There, smaller particles such as mud and sediment settle. Only water is discharged into the environment, and the solid dirt can be disposed of separately.
Required nozzles (two identical cleaning nozzles and one vacuum nozzle are needed) Nozzles are not included and must be ordered separately.
