Remote-controlled spraying for precise work
The Spray lance R43 is a professional lance handle for high-pressure cleaning systems with electronic control. It combines safe manual operation with an integrated remote switch in the handle, allowing the operator to start pressure delivery and interrupt spraying directly at the point of use. This makes daily work more efficient and keeps handling clear and controlled.
The lance is suited to demanding cleaning tasks where reliable control and a robust connection are essential. Its automatic trigger lock helps prevent unintended activation, while the design also allows use in a mechanical holding device when required.
Developed for use with specially equipped DYNAJET cleaning units, the R43 supports structured work in industrial environments where precision, safety and smooth workflow matter. It is supplied as a lance handle without lance tubes, making it a flexible base component for a suitable lance setup.

The spray lance can only be used in combination with a high-pressure cleaning unit whose electrical control system is specially equipped for this purpose.
The trigger lever locks automatically so that unintentional operation is not possible. The spray lance can be used for manual spraying or it can be clamped in a mechanical holding device. mechanical holding device.
The spray lance is equipped with an electric remote switch located in the handle. With the operator/user can switch the pump to pressure or pressureless delivery from the spraying location. delivery. The remote switch is connected to a solenoid valve via the electrical control of the pump unit. solenoid valve, which e.g. controls the compressed air supply to the air-actuated pump-changeover valve.
When the trigger is actuated, the remote switch reacts and switches the pump over via the changeover valve so that it delivers into the spray lance and builds up pressure. The spraying process begins.
When the trigger is released again, the pump is switched off to pressureless delivery. The spraying process is interrupted.
If the recoil force exceeds 150 N, the spray lance must be equipped with a shoulder support, which we supply on special order.
