DYNAJET
Retrofit kit MATCH mdh
Automatic throttle control for mdh machines. Retrofit the MATCH Handle onto an existing DYNAJET mdh machine. Engine speed drops automatically when the operator releases the trigger gun.
Working pressure should match the task. Surface preparation and general maintenance typically use 150 to 500 bar, while industrial coating removal and concrete work require higher pressure. Contact your nearest distribution partner for guidance on the right pressure and flow rate for your specific job.

How the MATCH Handle works
MATCH stands for Mechanical Automatic Throttle Control, Hydraulic. A pressure-controlled piston connects to the engine throttle. When the operator pulls the trigger gun, pressure moves the piston and opens the throttle. When the gun is released, pressure drops and a spring returns the engine to idle speed immediately.
This kit retrofits the MATCH Handle onto mdh machines that were built with a manual throttle. Fitting it involves drilling the Frame panel and replacing a small number of parts. A drilling template is available to simplify the process. Contact your nearest DYNAJET distribution partner for installation support.
