DYNAJET
Installation kit MATCH, mechanical
Automatic throttle control included as standard. The MATCH Handle is fitted as standard when you order a new DYNAJET 350th HELI high-pressure cleaner. Engine speed drops when the operator releases the trigger gun.
Working pressure should match the task. Surface preparation and general maintenance typically use 150 to 500 bar, while industrial coating removal and concrete work require higher pressure. Contact your nearest distribution partner for guidance on the right pressure and flow rate for your specific job.

How the MATCH Handle works
MATCH stands for Mechanical Automatic Throttle Control, Hydraulic. A pressure-controlled piston connects to the engine throttle. When the operator pulls the trigger gun, pressure moves the piston and opens the throttle. When the gun is released, pressure drops and a spring returns the engine to idle speed immediately.
This kit is fitted when a new high-pressure cleaner is ordered with the MATCH Handle, replacing the standard parts that a manual throttle machine would otherwise use. Contact your nearest DYNAJET distribution partner to order.
