DYNAJET
Installation kit MATCH mdh
Automatic throttle control for your mdh machine, fitted as standard when ordered with this configuration. Engine speed drops automatically the moment the operator releases the trigger gun.
Working pressure should match the task. Surface preparation and general maintenance typically use 150 to 500 bar, while industrial coating removal and concrete work require higher pressure. Contact your nearest distribution partner for guidance on the right pressure and flow rate for your specific job.

How the MATCH Handle works
MATCH stands for Mechanical Automatic Throttle Control, Hydraulic. A control piston connects to the engine throttle cable and responds to pressure from the trigger gun. Pull the gun and the engine speeds up. Release it and a spring returns the piston, bringing the engine straight back to idle. This reduces noise during work pauses, cuts diesel consumption, and lowers wear on the engine over time.
This kit is built into new mdh machines at the point of order, so no drilling or retrofitting is needed. It gives the same benefits as the retrofit kit for older mdh machines, fitted from the start rather than added afterwards. Contact your nearest DYNAJET distribution partner to add it to your order.
